I worked within the NHS for 12 years whilst transitioning into a primary school setting, where I took on roles in pastoral care, ELSA support, and sports leadership. During this time, I had the privilege of supporting numerous children and families through challenging times. Now, as a Family Liaison Officer at Crowmoor Primary School, I am able to apply my experience and knowledge, while continuing to develop new skills to support children and their families in building a brighter future within our community.”
