I am delighted to serve as Chair of Trustees and to be part of a Trust that is dedicated to helping every child thrive. Having spent nearly twenty-five years as a school governor, vice chair and chair, and with a career devoted to supporting people and development in the NHS, I have seen the life-changing impact that a great education can have on young people.

What makes SHINE special is its commitment to putting children at the heart of everything we do. Guided by our values of being courageous, collaborative and compassionate, we work together to create schools where children feel safe, valued and inspired to achieve their very best.

I am incredibly proud of our pupils, staff, governors and trustees, whose dedication makes such a positive difference every day.
